Richard wins the 'Best Bebe' Award!
On Monday the world’s leading photography site for photographers, Red Bubble, announced that my entry into the bebes & bumps’ group’s ‘Best Bebe Image’ won!
The photograph ‘Hands n Cheeks’ beat off competition from all over the world, including ‘Dew Drop Baby’ which is one of the most popular photographs on Red Bubble.
Hands n Cheeks, which captures the newborn pose of the same name, is a stunning colour photograph of 8-day-old Italia fast asleep positioned with her feet forward with her head nestled comfortably on her hands. I’m so stoked with this win because the other entries were of such a high calibre and for your peers to vote your work the very best in such a tough competition is a great honour.
In August I also won the Coastline competition for best photograph with my entry ‘My Son’ which came first and my second entry ‘Daddy’s Hands’ which came second in the same competition.
