[SinglePic not found]Poppy’s grandparents were in Perth for a visit and I had the absolute privilege of photographing them with their beloved granddaughter last weekend.
Every photographer loves taking photographs of families so I was very excited.
We met at the gorgeous Hyde Park in Perth where there’s plenty for youngsters to do and little Poppy decided her favourite place was the swings with the whole family taking turns in pushing her “higher, higher!” I’m particularly fond of a shot I call “Shwing” which you can see in the portrait gallery (it’s the one with the little girl on the swing!!!) and shows very clearly, that if swinging was an Olympic sport, Poppy would be hot favourite for a gold medal.
A great morning for everyone involved me thinks and I’m delighted that Poppy’s folks love the photographs.

Right, I’m off getting prepared to photograph babies this weekend: 2 tiny wee twins (boys) which will be a first for me and… presumably… them!
