Jason and I just wanted to say THANK YOU for capturing the beginnings of baby Cruz’s life so perfectly.
Not only have the images come out fantastically, but we had such a great time doing it!

Both Jason and I loved the way that you work with such passion and “WOW” and that you took a “risk” in working outside the normal guidelines of maternity photography to get us the images that we wanted…. They look great!

I do believe that I have mentioned it to you before, but…. “if you weren’t so damn good and the photo’s weren’t so damn fantastic, it would make life a lot easier to choose the ones we wanted”!… Or something along those lines.

Thank you for the wonderful photos you took of Ava and Taylor.  You captured their unique personalities perfectly and also the special bond they have together.

Memories of dealing with a screaming baby in a photographic studio meant I wasn’t looking forward to having my second child, Chloe, photographed. Luckily a friend recommended Richard. I could see from the website that his photography was excellent, but I was also attracted to the thought of not having to go anywhere.

The photo shoot was very easy. Richard came to our house, set everything up and was so good with Chloe that all I had to do was sit and watch. The atmosphere was very relaxed and Chloe didn’t stop smiling. There was no time limit and we were also able to get photos taken of our 2 year old, Lily. She wasn’t feeling well and doesn’t like having her photo taken but there are some beautiful images of her.

We were able to see some images within a few days and then went for a viewing at a time that was convenient to us. Again, there was no time limit while we made our decisions and Richard contacted us several times afterwards to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted

I have really enjoyed the whole process and more importantly I have some exceptional photographs as a record of this special time in our lives.

Thank you Richard, it was great to meet you and I had a lot of fun.

“I couldn’t believe my luck when I had stumbled upon Richard’s promotion while shopping around for a baby photographer – a free photo shoot, DVD, and 5×7 print, just for becoming a fan on Facebook! After having a look at his work on his website, I quickly became a fan – not only was I excited to redeem such an amazing offer, but viewing Richard’s baby and newborn photography was exactly the style I was hoping to find and I couldn’t wait to see what he would produce.

‘Having seen Richard’s portfolio online it was a no brainer that we wanted to use him to immortalise our little boy.

We chose Richard after viewing his website and being amazed by his newborn baby pictures.

We were a little worried about how the photo shoot would go as Charlotte was a little older than planned and had been very grumpy the day before. But we hadn’t needed to worry. Richard’s friendly and reassuring approach put us all at ease and Charlotte was soon very relaxed and happily snoozing whilst Richard clicked away.

The photographs were amazing. Richard captured all the little expressions that Charlotte makes, that melt our hearts and make her so special to us. The only hard part of the whole experience was choosing our favourite photographs as we liked them all!

Richard was recommended to me by one of our mutual friends soon after we had our beautiful daughter Anishka.

 

I hadn’t thought about getting professional photos of her but was most impressed with Richard’s gallery and eye for shooting babies. Both my husband and I were impressed with Richard’s gentle and professional approach and were thrilled with the stunning shots of our little girl.

On a cold Winter’s day, our living room became a studio. With the heating turned way up and a comforting recorded heart-beat playing on a continuous loop, my twelve-day-old grand-daughter had her first professional photo shoot.

Her big brother and sister were as much at ease with Richard as Demi was, and the result was a portfolio of beautiful, intimate pictures. So many wonderful photos were taken, it will be hard to choose which to display. The whole portfolio will be cherished by Demi’s extended family forever.

Well, well, well. It seems we finally got the fame we deserve!

Our very own professional shooting. It already felt too good to be true when Richard spontaneously and generously offered us to capture a little of our big honeymoon trip, we didn’t have a clue how good it would get…

Richard’s way of making the shoots: choosing the best spots and making us feel like there’s no camera here, just a moment to enjoy yourself. And I guess that’s how the pictures can look so darn good. Backgrounds that set the mood for the best in you, and then capturing that very instant when you’re both as natural and emotionally charged as you can be. We feel that’s how that true love, deep serenity, heartfelt fun or simple happiness that inhabited us both (not all at the same time!) becomes almost palpable when we look (gape!) at our finished pictures.

Not only did meeting Richard and his very own love Sam sparked up our time in the Gili’s, it made it everlasting through his one eye closed…
